Central Florida Premier marine construction.

At Maritime docks we strive to build a dock that stands above the rest and will continue to do so for years to come.

Owner operated. Hands on from start to finish.

At Maritime Docks, one of our two co-owners will always be on site, not just overseeing but personally building your dock from start to finish. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail we expect on every project

We don’t just build docks—we live the waterfront lifestyle ourselves. As lakefront residents with a lifetime spent on the water, we understand firsthand what makes a dock functional, durable, and enjoyable. That experience gives us a unique perspective when designing and building waterfront spaces for our customers.

How We Build Every Dock

The parts you will never see are the parts that decide how long your dock lasts.

Pilings Driven to Hard Pan

Every piling is driven into the lake bed with our own Rhino 200 pound pneumatic hammer. We drive rather than jet, because jetting disturbs the very soil the piling is meant to be seated in. A piling that stops short of load-bearing material keeps settling, and you cannot see it happening until the dock is already out of line.

Marine Grade Lumber

All of our lumber comes from Decks and Docks, a supplier that specializes in treated lumber for marine construction. We use #1 prime marine grade lumber on every job, and every piling we set is treated to .60 CCA. That is not the pressure treated board from your local lumber yard, and it adds years to the life of your dock.

Premium Composite Decking

We offer custom inlays, picture frame borders, color matched composite plugs, multiple styles of hidden fasteners systems, and color matched screws available in all stainless steel. We Taylor to the finish work aspect of decking and take pride in producing a premium quality dock.

Every piling set with a 200lb pneumatic hammer

Every piling on a Maritime Dock is driven into the lake bed with a Rhino 200-pound pneumatic hammer. The Rhino drives the pilings deep into the lake bed until we reach a solid layer of soil, creating a stronger structural piling.

A properly driven piling will provide a stronger, more stable foundation for your dock. We choose to drive our pilings with a pneumatic hammer as opposed to water jetting to minimize the disturbance of the soil around the piling. This creates a more structurally sound connection to the lake bed, which equates to a more stable dock. It matters more than almost anything else on your dock. A piling that stops short of load-bearing material will continue to sink over time. This method combats exactly that, preventing any settling or sinking for years to come.

We own our hammer and crane barge. We are not renting equipment by the day or waiting on a subcontractor’s schedule. This means every piling gets driven to where we want it. No matter how long it takes.

Lumber Designed for Marine Applications

We source all of our lumber from Decks and Docks, a supplier that specializes in treated lumber for marine construction. Maritime Docks uses #1 prime marine grade lumber on every job.

Every piling we set is treated to .60 CCA, designed specifically to last in marine applications. That is not your typical pressure treated board from the local lumber yard, and it extends the life of your dock greatly.

Maritime docks main goal is to produce the best qaulity dock possible that will countinue to stand the test of tiime.

premium composite decking

Maritime Docks offers Owens Corning WEARDECK as our preferred composite deck brand.

Owens Corning WEARDECK is a commercial-grade composite deck board engineered with heat-reflective technology specifically for marine applications. and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

We also work with all other major composite and PVC deck brands – Timber Tech, Trex, and Wolf. We offer custom inlays, picture frame borders, and hidden fasteners to set your dock apart from the rest.
